We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges and any free-shipping eligibility are shown clearly at checkout before payment. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packaging for dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
After dispatch, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or an incorrect delivery address.
When your order ships, we’ll email a shipping confirmation with the carrier name and tracking number. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, suite, or unit information where applicable. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require payment of a new shipping charge before reshipment. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
Report damaged packages or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the exterior packaging, shipping label, and affected items so we can investigate efficiently.
When appropriate, we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
